What is the once-off setup fee for?

The initial fee covers the full setup of your agency or scheme — configuration of schemes, user accounts, and comprehensive training on all features and modules within BCMTrac.

How is the unit transaction fee calculated?

The unit fee is charged per unit per month based on the total number of units registered across your schemes — not per invoice sent. Managing Agent: R 3.50/unit. Self Managed: R 5.00/unit.

What is the difference between Managing Agent and Self Managed?

The Managing Agent plan is designed for professional agencies administering multiple body corporate or HOA schemes on behalf of owners. Self Managed is for a single scheme managing its own administration directly.

Is my data backed up?

BCMTrac runs on dedicated infrastructure with daily automated backups and disaster recovery. Your scheme and financial data is never shared across tenants.

Is training & support billed separately?

Initial training is included in the setup fee. Any additional training sessions or on-site support after go-live is charged at R 450/hour, pro rata per half hour.
