BCMTrac evolves. When we release significant new features or process changes, we offer refresher sessions to existing clients at no additional cost. Your team stays current without re-learning from scratch.

We start with a discovery call to understand your practice structure: how many schemes, what types (sectional title, HOA, rental), how many staff, what your current system is. We configure your BCMTrac environment to match your setup before you touch it.
We provide Excel import templates for your owners, suppliers, trial balances and age analyses. Only five documents are needed. Our macros help you clean and format data quickly. We import and verify everything before your team logs in for the first time.
Structured training sessions covering your specific modules: levy processing, cashbook, reporting, communications and governance tools. We work at your pace, not ours. Your team asks the questions, we answer them in the context of your actual data.
We recommend a short parallel-run period where your team processes on both your old system and BCMTrac. This builds confidence and catches any edge cases before full cutover. Our team is available throughout to answer questions as they arise in real work.
You go live. We don't disappear. Post-launch support is built into every BCMTrac subscription. Your team has direct access to our support team and receives proactive guidance when new features are released that affect your workflow.
