Live Online Training Sessions

Screen-share sessions with your dedicated BCMTrac trainer. We work through your specific workflows, your scheme types and your team's questions in real time. Sessions are recorded for your reference.

On-Site Training

For larger teams or complex setups, we come to you. On-site training at your office ensures your whole team is aligned and comfortable before go-live day. Available across major South African centres.

Module-Specific Training

Need to train a new staff member on cashbook processing? Bring a trustee up to speed on the portal? We offer targeted module sessions so you get exactly the training you need, without wasting time on modules irrelevant to your role.

Refresher Training

BCMTrac evolves. When we release significant new features or process changes, we offer refresher sessions to existing clients at no additional cost. Your team stays current without re-learning from scratch.

New Staff Onboarding

When your team grows, so does your training need. We offer new-hire onboarding sessions that bring new staff up to your practice's BCMTrac standard quickly, minimising disruption to your workflows.

Ongoing Support Access

Training doesn't stop when the session ends. Our support team is reachable via email, phone and WhatsApp during business hours. We are known for going well beyond what a normal support team would do.

Discovery & Setup

We start with a discovery call to understand your practice structure: how many schemes, what types (sectional title, HOA, rental), how many staff, what your current system is. We configure your BCMTrac environment to match your setup before you touch it.

Data Migration

We provide Excel import templates for your owners, suppliers, trial balances and age analyses. Only five documents are needed. Our macros help you clean and format data quickly. We import and verify everything before your team logs in for the first time.

Core Training

Structured training sessions covering your specific modules: levy processing, cashbook, reporting, communications and governance tools. We work at your pace, not ours. Your team asks the questions, we answer them in the context of your actual data.

Parallel Running Period

We recommend a short parallel-run period where your team processes on both your old system and BCMTrac. This builds confidence and catches any edge cases before full cutover. Our team is available throughout to answer questions as they arise in real work.

Go Live & Ongoing Support

You go live. We don't disappear. Post-launch support is built into every BCMTrac subscription. Your team has direct access to our support team and receives proactive guidance when new features are released that affect your workflow.

Setting up and running online AGMs, building agendas, managing pole votes, recording resolutions and handling trustee nominations from within the platform.

User & Access Management

Setting up staff users, assigning role-based permissions, managing portal access for owners and trustees and understanding the different dashboard types available.
