Yes. BCMTrac is a comprehensive financial accounting application built from the ground up — we own our code 100% and do not rely on 3rd party plugin systems. Full reporting for Owners, Suppliers, Transactions, Financial and monthly Management Reporting is included.
No setup fee on any tier. Migration needs only five documents: Owners Details, Suppliers Details, Trial Balance and Age Analyses. Our Excel-based import templates make it fast — most clients are live within days.

Yes. Rentals Management and Business Financial are modular add-ons. Contact us for module-specific pricing tailored to your current setup and portfolio size.
Administrators set access rights for managing, processing, reports and communications. There are 11 role-specific dashboards — Owners, Trustees, Attorneys, Suppliers and more — each with appropriately scoped access.
BCMTrac has a full Debtor Administration module: notes recording, email/SMS sending, overdue interest, miscellaneous collection charges, bulk emailing and registered debt collector fee schedules as prescribed by the Council for Debt Collectors.
BCMTrac runs on dedicated infrastructure with daily automated backups and disaster recovery in place. Your scheme and financial data is never shared across tenants — full isolation is guaranteed.
We notify you before you hit the limit and upgrade your plan seamlessly. You won't lose access or have schemes suspended mid-cycle — your portfolio keeps running without interruption.
